Each member of the Oak & Reel team has been trained to serve safely during COVID. A Manager is always available to supervise compliance with COVID policies and procedures and to respond to guest questions. The capacity of the restaurant has been reduced materially to adhere to governmental guidelines regarding social distancing. Staff is masked at all times. Each member of our team has their temperature checked upon arrival and is screened regarding health and symptoms. Surfaces throughout the restaurant are sanitized throughout our service; each table is cleaned and sanitized before parties are seated. Menus are disposable and silverware is wrapped. Sanitizer is available throughout the restaurant.
We appreciate our guests working with us to keep all of us safe. Our service is by reservation only. Please arrive as close to on-time as possible as we time our service to promote social distancing. All guests must be masked upon entering the restaurant and wear a mask when not at your table. Oak and Reel will provide masks to guests if needed. Should your table not be immediately available, we will ask you to wait outside or in your car and will text when you may be seated.
Upon arrival, guests will be screened including a touchless temperature check. If you are experiencing possible symptoms of COVID (cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste and smell, headache, sore throat) we will be happy to assist you with rescheduling your visit.
